Job summary

North West Rubber Ltd. is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to manage daily finished goods counts and maintain accurate inventory records.

You will support maintenance spare parts inventory and work orders, ensuring timely replenishment and proper documentation across Operations, Warehouse, and Maintenance teams. You will monitor stock levels, perform physical counts, and collaborate with Purchasing to prevent shortages while maintaining data integrity in ERP/CMMS systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or maintenance parts coordination.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and inventory systems.
• Experience with ERP/CMMS is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily finished goods inventory counts and reconcile records.
• Maintain spare parts inventory for maintenance with accurate part data.
• Coordinate replenishment with Purchasing and vendors to prevent stockouts.
• Support creation and tracking of maintenance parts work orders and adjust inventories.
• Prepare and maintain inventory reports and recordkeeping.
