Job summary

Enerflex Ltd is seeking a Parts Warehouse Specialist to ensure accurate handling and timely movement of parts to support field operations. You will work with SAP inventory records, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, and maintain high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities include receiving, stocking, picking, invoicing, and cycle counting, with emphasis on safety and compliance. This role requires forklift operation and availability for after-hours support as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4+ years' related work experience.
• Experience in oil and gas industry with ERP/SAP is a plus.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate lift equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company professionally while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Operate forklift and other equipment to move items between warehouse, shop, and customers.
• Process requisitions, work orders, and shipping orders; issue materials to end users in SAP.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and perform cycle counts; ensure proper billing and invoicing.
• Coordinate with Branch Manager/Account Manager for sourcing and procurement of parts.
