Old Bridge Chemicals, Inc. seeks an Inventory Manager to oversee spare parts, PPE, and plant supplies, ensuring accuracy and availability to keep operations running smoothly.

You will forecast demand, conduct regular audits, and coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics to optimize stock levels while minimizing waste and downtime. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business admin, or related field.
• 5+ years of inventory management experience.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Forklift certified; knowledge of Dynamics 365 BC a plus.

Mansioni

• Tracking stock levels, recording deliveries and shipments, and using software to analyze inventory data.
• Forecasting demand, analyzing data, and implementing strategies to ensure sufficient stock without overstocking.
• Conducting regular inventory audits, reconciling stock levels, and adhering to company policies and industry standards.
• Collaborating with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and meet customer needs.
