Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, management, business administration or related field.
• Experience leading a high-performing team.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (Manhattan preferred) and SAP or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership for Inventory Control team across Direct, Retail and Wholesale inventory management.
• Oversee daily inventory movements between WMS and SAP; identify issues and propose solutions.
• Investigate discrepancies; support Accounts Payable research and coordinate IT communications on system issues.
• Oversee inventory flows and data accuracy for various DC processes (returns, liquidation, transfers, etc.).
• Research and generate monthly reports for timely delivery to business partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain inventory integrity and communicate updates.
