Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Sr. Inventory Control Manager to lead and optimize inventory control operations across manufacturing facilities.

You will drive accuracy in stock levels, improve material flow, and mentor a team of inventory professionals to foster continuous improvement. The role requires a deep knowledge of ERP/WMS systems, strong analytical skills, and a track record of reducing holding costs while enhancing inventory turns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field; Master’s preferred.
• APICS certification (CPIM/CSCP) or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of forecasting, planning, and inventory optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and enforce inventory control policies to optimize levels and minimize discrepancies.
• Lead and mentor a team of inventory control specialists and analysts.
• Oversee cycle counting and physical inventory processes with accurate reconciliations.
