Job summary

Mamas Creations is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Manager to lead accuracy, integrity, and optimization of inventory across the warehouse and distribution network.

You will partner with Operations, Production, Procurement, Logistics, Customer Service, and Finance to minimize losses and support efficient warehouse operations. This role requires 5+ years in inventory control with supervisory experience and strong ERP/WMS experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in inventory control, warehouse ops, or supply chain.
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience in food manufacturing, CPG, distribution, or cold-chain preferred.
• Experience managing inventories over $10M preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy targets across all locations.
• Develop and improve inventory control procedures and best practices.
• Oversee daily inventory transactions, adjustments, transfers, and reconciliations.
• Lead root cause analysis for variances and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and manage cycle count schedules based on ABC classifications.
• Coordinate annual physical inventories and audits.
• Support receiving, put-away, production staging, orders, and shipping.
• Maintain ERP/WMS records and generate inventory performance reports.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards for inventory health and operations.
• Ensure compliance with policies, food safety, and regulations.
• Recruit, train, and develop inventory control staff.
