Job summary

Mamas Creations is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to oversee accuracy and optimization of inventory across the warehouse and distribution network. You will lead cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliations, while coordinating with Operations, Production, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance to minimize losses and improve efficiency.

The role emphasizes leadership, process improvement, and strong ERP/WMS discipline to maintain traceability, implement best practices, and drive KPIs

Qualifications

5+ years in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain.
2+ years in supervisory or management roles.
Experience in food manufacturing, CPG, distribution, or cold-chain preferred.
Experience managing inventories exceeding $10 million preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead inventory control processes across the network, including cycle counts, physical inventories, reconciliations, and reporting.
Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
Oversee daily transactions, adjustments, transfers, and reconciliations.
Partner with Operations, Production, Procurement, Logistics, Customer Service, and Finance to maintain accuracy and minimize losses.
Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor inventory health and performance.
