Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to lead inventory accuracy and optimization across the warehouse and distribution network.

You will drive cycle counting, reconciliations, and root cause analyses while partnering with Operations, Production, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance to minimize losses and support efficient warehouse operations. The role requires strong ERP/WMS experience and a track record of improving inventory controls in a large-scale distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, operations, or related field.
• 5+ years of inventory control or warehouse operations experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience in food manufacturing, consumer packaged goods (CPG), distribution, or cold-chain operations preferred.
• Experience managing inventories exceeding $10 million preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and optimization of inventory across all warehouse locations.
• Lead cycle counting, physical inventories, reconciliations, and root cause analysis.
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
• Monitor inventory movement and investigate discrepancies between physical and system inventory.
• Oversee transactions, adjustments, transfers, and reconciliations in ERP/WMS.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor inventory health and performance.
• Support receiving, put-away, production staging, order fulfillment, and shipping processes.
• Ensure compliance with policies, food safety standards, and audits.
