Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in retail or distribution center operations with leadership roles (Team Lead/Supervisor).
• Strong analytical and math skills; familiarity with administrative software and inventory systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with WMS.
• Spanish language is a plus.
• 4-year college degree or equivalent industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform counts and ensure all inventory is accounted for and reported per policy.
• Investigate and correct discrepancies in quantities and locations.
• Supervise inventory processes, staff performance, training, root cause analysis, and reporting.
• Manage cycle counts and supervise client inventories.
• Coordinate with multiple departments and provide training and support to staff.
