Job summary

Q4 Designs is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to ensure accurate and optimized inventory across its distribution network. You will oversee cycle counts, reconciliations, manual receipts in BlueCherry, and cross-functional collaboration with DCs, Operations, Sales, Production, Import, and Logistics.

Responsibilities include managing inventory records, reconciliations, and reporting, plus reducing excess inventory and improving turnover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 4+ years in inventory control, with 2+ years in supervision.
• Experience with ERP systems; BlueCherry preferred.
• Experience with cycle counts, physical inventories, and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to implement inventory control processes and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records across distribution locations.
• Perform reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop, manage, and oversee cycle count programs and physical inventories.
• Operate BlueCherry ERP to manage transactions, analyze data, and generate reports.
• Audit the order book to ensure inventory availability and coordinate RTV and damaged inventory investigations.
