Job summary

Paycom - ATS seeks an Inventory Control Manager to lead governance and accuracy across manufacturing plants, warehouses, and storage locations. You will drive cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation to maintain FEFO compliance and inventory integrity across the network.

You will collaborate with Planning, Production, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service to enhance service levels, reduce working capital, and improve operating performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory governance, accuracy, and control across multiple sites and storage locations.
• Drive cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation to ensure FEFO compliance and traceability.
• Partner with Planning, Production, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance to optimize material availability and working capital.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards using ERP/WMS data and BI tools to monitor turns, service levels, and adjustments.
• Standardize practices across facilities; implement root cause analyses to reduce variances.
• Coach and develop a high‑performing inventory team and foster cross‑functional collaboration.
