Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to lead inventory governance across plants, warehouses, and external storage locations. You will drive accuracy, cycle counts, FEFO compliance, and cash flow improvements while partnering with Operations, Planning, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance.

Bachelor's degree required; equivalent experience may be considered.
5–8 years in inventory control, management, or supply chain roles.
Experience with ERP/WMS and inventory management platforms.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead inventory governance and strategy across multiple sites.
Drive inventory accuracy, cycle counting, reconciliations, and FEFO compliance.
Monitor ERP/WMS activity to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
Lead continuous improvement programs to optimize inventory levels and working capital.
Collaborate with Planning, Production, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service.
