Job summary

Paycom - ATS seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead warehouse, fulfillment, and transportation operations. You will drive labor planning, cost control, and safety, while ensuring high service levels and accurate inventory management.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, deep WMS proficiency, and a track record of improving KPI-driven outcomes in a fast-paced logistics environment. Bachelor's degree preferred, with 5+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of operations management experience within warehousing, fulfillment, logistics, transportation, or supply chain environments.
• Experience managing employee relations and workforce development.
• Strong background in fulfillment operations, inventory management, warehouse distribution, and transportation logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse, fulfillment, and transportation operations.
• Manage labor, staffing, productivity, and operational costs.
• Lead employee relations, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and training.
• Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and service levels.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain WMS accuracy, inventory control, and operational reporting.
• Partner with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and improve service.
