Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Telford, PA seeks a Warehouse Inventory Control Lead to drive EZ3PL operations, ensure accuracy in shipping, receiving and inventory, and develop SOPs for inventory control.

You will conduct 200 cycle counts weekly, reconcile variances in EWM, maintain storage, monitor safety, and partner with EZ3PL leadership to resolve customer complaints related to inventory variances or damaged product.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of inventory experience or related field preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in extreme temperatures.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with SAP and EWM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality initiatives for shipping, receiving and inventory accuracy.
• Escalate discrepancies and reconcile inventory.
• Assist in EZ3PL Inventory Control process and SOP development.
• Ensure 200 cycle counts per week and match with virtual counts in EWM.
• Maintain storage space, cleanliness, and safety in the warehouse.
• Address customer inventory variances and damage escalations with leadership.
