Job summary

Paycom - ATS seeks an Inventory Supervisor to lead daily inventory control, material handling, shipping and receiving, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all processes. You will mentor staff, train new hires, and oversee cycle counts and data integrity within the Global Shop system.

The role requires 3–5+ years in inventory management, 1–2+ years in leadership, and strong ERP skills, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration with Purchasing and Production.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5+ years inventory control, materials management, or related manufacturing experience.
• 1–2+ years supervisory/lead experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP/inventory systems; Global Shop preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily inventory, shipping, receiving, and material handling activities.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and support to inventory team.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in Global Shop.
• Coordinate material flow to support production schedules.
• Conduct cycle counts and resolve discrepancies.
