Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an Inventory Analyst to track, analyze, and reconcile variances across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods. You will monitor inventory levels at all locations and drive improvements.

Lead cycle counts and yearly physical inventories, develop KPI dashboards, and optimize stock levels using ERP/MRP systems such as Great Plains and Syspro. Strong analytical and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• Experience with ERP, MRP systems and reporting software.
• CPIM/APICS/Six Sigma certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Track, analyze, and reconcile variances across material types.
• Perform cycle counts and audits; lead yearly inventories.
• Identify issues and implement corrective actions; report KPIs.
• Maintain accurate data in ERP systems.
