Job summary

Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America seeks a Production Manager - Inventory Control to lead inventory governance and end-to-end value-stream accountability. You will oversee RAW/WIP/FG, ensure material availability, and drive flow with upstream and downstream partners while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role emphasizes leadership of inventory control teams, cycle counts, and cross-functional collaboration to sustain efficient production and audit-ready records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour General Industry certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns execution and governance of incoming/outgoing inventory to ensure material availability and accuracy.
• Maintains visibility of RAW/WIP/FG positions and supports production execution.
• Runs dashboards and triggers to prevent stockouts or excessive WIP.
• Collaborates with Finance and Supply Chain for reporting and audit readiness.
