Job summary

Panasonic Energy seeks an Inventory Supervisor to manage nonconforming material decisions, track flows across processes, and ensure accurate inventory records. The role requires hands-on oversight of ASRS, MES, and MRP systems within a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities include physical counts, discrepancy reporting, and coordination with support teams to maintain production reliability and customer commitments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years in a high pace manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail oriented with accuracy.
• Working-level English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Experience with ASRS, MRP and MES systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain updated inventory status across processes.
• Track material flow through processes and locations.
• Conduct periodic physical counts and reconcile variances.
• Coordinate abnormal scrap analysis and obtain management approval.
• Support production with inventory-related actions.
