Job summary

Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America seeks a Production Manager – Planning PMO to lead end-to-end planning and PMO activities. You will drive Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People (SQCDP) metrics, set expectations, remove barriers, and ensure inventory and WIP are in control across PECNA operations.

The role emphasizes governance, cross-functional coordination, and continuous improvement in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a technical or related field.
• PMP or project management certification preferred.
• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience with PMO and ERP/supply chain planning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning PMO and drive SQCDP outcomes across PECNA operations.
• Coordinate production planning with Supply Chain to translate ERP plans into shop-floor execution.
• Manage issue/action governance and cross-functional handoffs to remove constraints.
