Job summary

Panasonic Energy seeks an Inventory Supervisor to oversee material flow, maintain accurate inventory status, and decide on nonconforming materials in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will coordinate cycle counts, NCRs, and MES/MRP related activities, work with SAP/ASRS, and support production teams to minimize delays and maximize efficiency. 3+ years in manufacturing plus Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of progressive manufacturing/operations experience in a high pace/high volume environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail oriented with focus on accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain updated inventory status across all locations.
• Track material flow throughout processes and inventory locations.
• Conduct and organize periodic physical counts.
• Coordinate abnormal scrap analysis and disposition and request approval by management.
• Lead activities during inventory days and publish discrepancy reports.
