Job summary

Capstone, a leading supply chain solutions partner, seeks an Inventory Manager to lead the Production Control (PC) team, drive KPIs, and ensure excellent customer service. You will coordinate daily operations, manage staffing, and promote a positive work culture while maintaining OSHA safety standards.

The role requires strong leadership, 2–5 years in logistics/manufacturing, and proficiency in MS Word/Excel; bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2-5 years fast-paced logistics or manufacturing experience.
• 3 years of supervisory experience.
• OSHA safety knowledge and compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily PC department and KPIs to drive production and customer service results.
• Coordinate daily and weekly activities, labor, and scheduling within the area.
• Ensure safety and OSHA compliance across the site.
• Develop and coach staff; provide training and performance feedback.
• Collect data and report KPIs, quality, audits, and logistics metrics.
