Job summary

Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America is seeking an Inventory Supervisor to oversee material control in a high-volume manufacturing environment at Sparks, NV. The role requires timely decisions on nonconforming materials, evaluating discrepancies, and coordinating corrective actions with production teams.

Responsibilities include maintaining inventory status, counting, coordinating scrap analysis, NCRs, MES submissions in SAP, and ensuring MRB processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in progressive manufacturing/operations in high-volume environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail oriented with good documentation.
• Working knowledge of ASRS and MRP systems.
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt is desirable.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).

Responsibilities

• Maintain updated inventory status across locations.
• Track material flow and perform counts.
• Coordinate scrap analysis and disposition.
• Lead NCR creation and MES submissions.
• Support production and maintain MRB files.
• Publish discrepancy reports and assist in root-cause analysis.
