Job summary

Kenco Logistics in Jeffersonville, IN is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to lead the site’s inventory team, drive accuracy, and coordinate daily productivity. You will oversee audits, cycle counts, and root-cause analysis to resolve discrepancies while ensuring safety and quality standards.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and experience supervising hourly warehouse staff, with opportunities for career growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous supervision or management of hourly warehouse/operations employees.
• Experience with high-volume receiving and distribution in a large warehouse network.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accuracy of inbound/outbound inventory through audits and cycle counts.
• Lead safety training and ensure CPs, K-WINs, and Standard Work are followed.
• Direct inventory staff to meet customer expectations and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate zone, stow, and cycle counting; prepare daily reports.
