Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to coordinate personnel and assets to meet daily productivity goals and timelines. The role emphasizes inventory accuracy, physical counts, and adherence to KQMS, EIP, LEAN, and Six Sigma frameworks.

You will direct the site’s Inventory Department, train associates, and coordinate with management to resolve issues, while maintaining quality and safety standards and preparing daily reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years Inventory planning experience or equivalent combination.
• Supervision or team lead experience for hourly warehouse staff.
• Experience with high-volume receiving and distribution in a large warehouse network.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accuracy of inbound/outbound inventory via audits and cycle counts.
• Direct inventory staff to meet customer expectations and safety standards.
• Maintain and review hours in the timekeeping system.
• Lead root-cause analysis for inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate zoning and physical inventories per customer requirements.
• Ensure adherence to CPs, K-WINs, and KQMS standards.
