Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to oversee inventory accuracy, cycle counts, audits, and the safety and training of the Inventory Department staff at our Flower Mound site in Texas. You will coordinate physical inventories, monitor timekeeping, and lead root-cause analysis for discrepancies.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in inventory planning or supervision, with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 5+ years of inventory planning/supervision experience.
• Experience supervising hourly warehouse/operations staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accuracy of inbound/outbound inventory via audits and cycle counts.
• Lead and train inventory staff to meet customer expectations and safety standards.
• Coordinate physical inventory, zoning, and stow consolidations to optimize space.
• Monitor timekeeping, safety training, and CPs/K-WINs in the quality system.
• Direct a site inventory team to ensure accurate, timely inventory movement.
