Qualifications

• Two to five years supervisory experience in high‑speed automated manufacturing preferred.
• Proficient in English, strong communication and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise employees in the Panasonic production process.
• Lead safety and Kaizen initiatives to improve quality and efficiency.
• Manage shift planning, headcount, and production schedules to meet demand.
• Monitor KPIs: safety, quality, production, and costs; prepare end-of-shift reports.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and maintain uptime.
