Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates Degree in Business preferred.
• Strong computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must be detail oriented and able to work in a high-volume production environment.
• 2+ years of relevant inventory experience; manufacturing background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain control of inventory across the facility.
• Data entry for receipts, transfers, production and adjustments.
• Verify counts against physical stock and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare reports such as inventory balance, safety stock, and shortages.
• Assist with month-end and year-end inventories.
• Communicate cross-functionally to resolve issues.
• Ensure timely generation and accuracy of reports for inventory/production/shipping/receiving.
