Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to manage inventory accuracy and the performance of the site’s Inventory Department. You will direct associates, conduct audits, and lead safety training to meet customer expectations and improve processes.

Responsibilities include coordinating physical inventories, root-cause analysis for discrepancies, and maintaining adherence to quality systems and standard work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; 5+ years in inventory planning/supervision.
• Experience leading hourly warehouse staff in a high-volume environment is required.
• Familiarity with quality, safety, and lean initiatives (KQMS, EIP, LEAN, Six Sigma).

Responsibilities

• Oversees inbound/outbound inventory accuracy via audits and cycle counts.
• Monitors safety training and ensures compliance with CPs and standards.
• Directs staff in completing work to meet customer expectations and timelines.
• Maintains timekeeping and communicates issues to management.
• Leads root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies and implements resolutions.
• Coordinates physical inventories and space optimization; prepares daily reports.
