Job summary

Kenco Logistics in Social Circle, GA is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to coordinate personnel, equipment, and processes to meet daily productivity goals and inventory accuracy.

You will lead the site’s Inventory Department, act as QA, safety and training representative, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the operation.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in inventory planning or supervision, with experience in audits, cycle counts, and lean methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with minimum 5 years in inventory planning or related supervision.
• Experience leading hourly warehouse staff and coordinating inventory activities.
• Strong focus on accuracy, safety, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accuracy of inbound/outbound inventory via audits and cycle counts.
• Direct inventory staff to meet customer expectations and process requirements.
• Lead root cause analyses for inventory discrepancies and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure safety training and CPs/K-WINs are followed per KQMS and Lean Six Sigma.
