Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to manage inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines that support store operations. The role includes receiving, adjustments, reconciliation, transfers, and reporting while partnering with the Store Operations Manager.

Ideal candidates have shipping/receiving experience and a high school diploma; a valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts including varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover, Recommend, Add Value.
• Deliver service and coaching to teammates and ensure execution.
• Complete forklift and propane inspections as required.
• Pull OMNI orders and support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation.
• Complete BOPIS and related reconciliation reports.
• Receive Direct POs, freight, and transfers; unload trucks and stage goods.
