DESCRIPTION

Price Industries Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator for our growing US office and manufacturing facility in Lawrenceville, GA. As a key member of our operations team, the Inventory Control Coordinator supports production efficiency, inventory accuracy, and maintains our standards of excellence. Responsibilities include monitoring, auditing, and reconciling inventory across storage and production areas, ensuring accurate material flow to support manufacturing schedules, minimize waste, and maintain real-time visibility into raw materials, WIP, and finished goods. Collaborating with production, logistics, and procurement teams, the coordinator helps maintain smooth operations and drives continuous improvement in inventory management processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inventory reconciliations, cycle counts, and audits following corporate procedures.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, report root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records in the ERP system (IFS or equivalent), ensuring data integrity.
• Track raw materials, WIP, and finished goods across production lines and warehouse zones.
• Coordinate with receiving and shipping teams for inbound and outbound inventory validation.
• Monitor and report on slow-moving, obsolete, or excess inventory; support reallocation or disposal.
• Assist in physical inventory events, including annual or quarterly counts.
• Support lean manufacturing and 5S principles by maintaining organized inventory areas.
• Provide training to warehouse and production personnel on inventory procedures.
• Collaborate with production planners and materials team to optimize inventory levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; post-secondary education in supply chain or logistics is an asset.
• 2+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or materials coordination.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (experience with IFS preferred) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and data entry accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing setting, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in HVAC manufacturing or similar high-mix, high-volume environments.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one.

• May require flexible hours, including early mornings or extended shifts during inventory periods.
• Adherence to safety protocols and use of safety gear required at all times.
