Duties and Responsibilities:
• Conduct Cycle Count inventory processes to ensure accuracy and timely execution
• Schedule categories for Cycle Count inventory and maintain strict records
• Oversee and evaluate stock rotation procedures
• Maintain adequate storage for warehouse and on-site inventory
• Maintain accurate records of special-order areas on a weekly basis
• Rotates stock to ensure freshness
• Utilizes in-house SAP inventory tracking system to eliminate loss
• Create an efficient space utilization plan
• Notify management of shortages or other problems that could impact product availability
• Train co-workers in proper procedures for locating and utilizing product inventory
• Complies with all company safety and risk management policies and procedures
• Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of inventory areas.
Position Requirements:
• High School Diploma/ GED Required
• 1+ years of inventory experience or related field preferred
• Must be able to work under tight deadlines calmly and effectively in stressful situations
• Must be able to lift up to 100lbs
• Ability to work in extreme temperature zones
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Working Knowledge of SAP software preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
• Associate degree in operations or rated field
• Experience working in a fast-paced industry
Typical Work Environment Requirements:
• Cold, stressful, and nonstop
• Fast-paced warehouse setting
• Work in various temperatures down to -10°F (Dry, Refrigerated, & Freezer)
• Standing and walking for up to 8-10 hours a day
• Lifting and moving material up to 100 pounds each
• Additionally, you may be required to lift, sit, stand, walk, twist, turn, stretch, push, pull, bend, or reach, both below waist and above the head, at any time to fulfill your job description.
