Job Summary

As an Assistant Supply Chain Coordinator, you will oversee order tracking, supplier communication, and inventory coordination to support efficient supply chain operations. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate documentation and optimizing supply processes.

What You’ll Be Doing
  1. Track purchase orders, confirm supplier receipt, and manage delivery timelines
  2. Work with warehouse and procurement teams to resolve order delays
  3. Assist in releasing blanket and standing orders under demand planner guidance
  4. Maintain accurate documentation on inventory levels and delivery schedules
  5. Analyze supplier performance and escalate concerns as needed
  6. Support inventory control and stock management functions
  7. Contribute to supply chain process improvements for operational efficiency
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain workflows
What We Are Looking For
  1. 1-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent education, training, or experience
  2. Experience in administrative, purchasing, or data entry roles
  3. Strong background in working with external vendors and internal teams
  4. Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree
The Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Needed For This Role
  1. Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
  2. Strong organizational and time management skills
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  4. Familiarity with ERP systems like PeopleSoft is a plus

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $30,200 - $75,400. Actual offers may vary based on qualifications, location, and other factors. Additional incentives and benefits may be included.
