Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to oversee inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines within our distribution operations. The role focuses on executing receiving, adjustments, reconciliations, transfers, buybacks/RTV, and reporting while collaborating with the Store Operations Manager.

We emphasize legendary customer service, safety, and adherence to company processes.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance and work varied shifts as needed.
• Perform forklift inspections and propane checks per policy.
• Handle receiving, inventory adjustments, and reconciliation.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI processes and related reports.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and safety.
