Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to manage inventory control, receiving accuracy, and related compliance for store operations. You will execute POs, transfers, buybacks/RTV, and reporting while partnering with the Store Operations Manager.

Responsibilities include forklift operation, daily reconciliation, and adherence to safety and process standards. The role requires flexibility for varied shifts and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualificações

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail, farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18+ with valid driver’s license.
• Reading, writing, and counting accurately.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain attendance and work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Perform inventory control, receiving accuracy, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Handle BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation and related reports.
• Operate forklift and other equipment; assist customers as needed.
• Complete documentation accurately and obtain required certifications.
