Qualifications

2–4 years experience in warehousing, supply chain or inventory management
Strong data entry and data accuracy skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) and AI tools like Copilot

Responsibilities

Maintain data integrity in inventory management systems and physical inventory across warehouses
Perform inventory cycle counts and stock transfers
Validate inventory traceability through document review and auditing
Troubleshoot discrepancies and perform root-cause analysis
Map locations and ensure accuracy in inventory data entry
