Job summary

Incora is seeking an Inventory Control Administrator to ensure data integrity in the inventory system and physical counts across the central distribution center. You will handle data entry, cycle counts, stock transfers, and discrepancy troubleshooting across multiple departments to support accurate inventory management.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in warehousing or inventory control, strong customer service, and solid MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Associate’s degree in Supply Chain/Warehousing or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2–4 years in warehousing, supply chain, or inventory management.
• Strong MS Office skills and ability to use AI tools to boost productivity.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply Incora warehouse policies and procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of customer requirements and inventory systems.
• Enter data into inventory systems (JDE, AIMS) accurately.
• Conduct physical inventory counts as required.
• Investigate discrepancies and perform root-cause analysis.
