Job summary

Incora is seeking an Inventory Control Administrator to ensure data integrity in the inventory management system and at the central distribution center and other warehouses. You will perform cycle counts, stock transfers, location mapping, data entry in JDE and AIMS, and root cause analysis of discrepancies.

You should have a High School Diploma or GED, 2–4 years in warehousing or inventory control, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and AI tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Associate’s degree in related field (Supply Chain, Warehousing or Inventory) preferred.
• 2–4 years experience in warehousing, supply chain, or inventory management.
• Strong customer service and professional communication across levels.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with Copilot or AI tools is valued.

Responsibilities

• Maintain data integrity in inventory management systems and physical inventory.
• Perform high-volume data entry into JDE and AIMS.
• Conduct inventory cycle counts and physical counts as required.
• Investigate discrepancies and perform root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate stock transfers and location mapping.
• Develop action plans to reconcile inventory discrepancies.
