Job summary

Incora is seeking an Inventory Control Administrator to ensure data integrity in our inventory management system and physical counts across the central distribution center and satellites. You will perform cycle counts, stock transfers, data validation, and root cause analysis while collaborating with multiple departments and management levels to serve our aerospace customers.

You will use JDE and AIMS to process high volumes of data, investigate discrepancies, and support continuous improvement

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Associate's degree in related field such as Supply Chain Management, Warehousing, Inventory Control preferred.
• Minimum of 2–4 years previous experience in warehousing, supply chain, or inventory management is required.
• Proven excellence in customer service and professional communication across multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Learn, maintain, and apply Incora warehouse policies and procedures.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Incora customer requirements, products, and inventory systems.
• Data entry into inventory management systems (e.g., JDE, AIMS).
• Conduct and review inventory counts for periodic review or customer needs.
• Investigate discrepancies and perform root-cause analysis to reconcile inventory.
