Job summary

Jobtailor in Sacramento, CA seeks an experienced Inventory Control Lead to maintain accurate records, reconcile discrepancies, and drive process improvements within a warehouse environment. You will lead teams during counts, implement new procedures, and collaborate with leadership to ensure inventory accuracy and efficient operations.

The ideal candidate has prior inventory control experience, strong Excel skills, and a proven ability to lead clerical staff in manufacturing or warehouse

• Previous inventory control experience.
• Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel.
• Previous clerical experience in a warehouse/transportation setting.
• Leadership capability.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or similar environment is preferred, but not required.

• Responsible for accurately maintaining detailed records of inventory, including: physical inventory, orders, transfers and cycle counts
• Performs appropriate adjustments on inventory levels
