Job summary

Arrow Components seeks an Inventory Control Associate for its Phoenix, AZ operations. This in-office role supports inventory accuracy, audits, and stock control across warehouse and distribution activities.

You will coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and operations teams to optimize processes and maintain precise records. The position emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and reliable data handling, with a Monday–Friday schedule and standard warehouse duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in inventory control, stock management, or related role preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with inventory management software or WMS.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Equipment experience (wave, forklift, reach truck).
• Physical ability to lift and move inventory items as required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inventory audits to ensure data accuracy.
• Track stock movements, including receiving, stocking, and shipping activities.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify relevant teams of restocking needs.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of inventory to prevent damage or loss.
• Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing, and operations teams to optimize processes.
• Use inventory management systems and software to track and update stock information.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining a clean and safe inventory area.
