Job summary

Incora is seeking an Inventory Control Administrator to ensure data integrity within the inventory management system and at the central distribution center and assigned warehouses. You will perform cycle counts, data entry, stock transfers, location mapping, and root-cause analysis of discrepancies.

The role requires strong Excel skills and experience with JDE/AIMS, plus effective communication across departments.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or GED.
• Associate's degree in related field preferred.
• 2–4 years in warehousing, supply chain, or inventory management.
• Excellent customer service and professional communication across levels.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills; experience with Copilot or AI tools to enhance productivity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain data integrity in inventory management systems and physical inventories.
• Perform high-volume data entry into inventory systems (e.g., JDE, AIMS).
• Conduct inventory cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and perform root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate stock transfers and location mapping.
