Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related Accounts Payable or accounting experience required; inventory payables or distribution experience preferred.
• Experience with EDI invoice processing and automated procure-to-pay platforms.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP or similar ERP systems; AS400 or mainframe experience is a plus.
• Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile high-volume inventory invoices accurately within P2P and ERP systems.
• Perform 3-way matching of invoices, purchase orders and receipts; resolve pricing/quantity variances.
• Review supplier statements and resolve discrepancies; coordinate with cross-functional teams to obtain necessary information.
