TTI, Inc. in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator II (Inventory) to manage high‑volume supplier invoices for inventory, ensure accurate 3‑way matching, and optimize discounts within our ERP workflow.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with EDI and non‑EDI invoices, and collaboration across Product, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Finance to maintain data integrity and timely payments.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related Accounts Payable experience required; inventory payables experience preferred.
• Understanding of accounting principles and 3‑way match concepts.
• Experience processing high‑volume invoices (50–100+ per day).
• Experience with EDI invoice processing and modern ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile inventory AP invoices accurately within ERP systems.
• Perform 3‑way matching of invoices, POs, and receipts; investigate variances.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve missing invoices or credits.
• Collaborate with Product, Purchasing, Procurement, Warehouse, and suppliers to resolve late payments.
• Review posting to GL, ensure accurate accruals and timely discounts.
• Support weekly payment runs, month‑end tasks, and AP reporting.
