Job summary

IDEAL Industries, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to support day-to-day accounting functions in a high-volume environment.

You will process large volumes of invoices, ensure accuracy of vendor accounts, and resolve discrepancies to keep payments timely. The role requires an associate degree in Finance/Accounting and at least 3 years of AP experience; NAV AP module knowledge is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management.
• Minimum 3+ years accounts payable experience in high-volume AP.
• Manufacturing environment experience a plus.
• Ability to drive towards resolution.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of invoices and payments to vendors.
• Verify vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Record expenses and liabilities in financial statements.
• Reconcile AP aging and ensure timely payments.
• Collaborate with buyers and receiving to resolve issues.
• Prepare month-end AP journal entries.
• Assist with Concur travel expense reports.
• Provide backup support to the accounting team.
