Air Distribution Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Analyst to ensure availability, accuracy, and integrity of inventory for production schedules and customer commitments.

The role partners with Suppliers, Production, Materials Management, Engineering, and Inventory teams to maintain inventory accuracy, optimize material flow, resolve discrepancies, and improve stockroom efficiency. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1 year of related experience OR Associate degree with 6 years of related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Data entry and inventory transaction processing experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems including MAPICS or similar inventory management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counting and reporting for primary and secondary inventory locations.
• Research and resolve inventory balance discrepancies and conduct location audits.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper accounting in control systems.
• Coordinate with suppliers, production, and materials management to ensure material availability.
• Attend daily production meetings to review status and shortages; communicate issues to stakeholders.
• Support production scheduling and MRB processes; assist in resolving non-conforming material.
