Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; further degree preferred.
• 1+ year in Inventory Control, Logistics, or Warehouse Management.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with analytical ability.
• Proficiency in Excel; CostPoint ERP experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
• Customer focus and continuous improvement mindset.
• Knowledge of Winchester manufacturing ops or products is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Input, evaluate, and verify daily production scrap and material movement transactions while overseeing ERP system issues.
• Investigate and resolve material movement errors, propose corrective actions or system enhancements.
• Coordinate transfer of materials between production departments, facilities, and vendors, and assist in cycle counts.
• Lead teams to ensure accuracy of yearly physical inventory; collaborate with Operations and Program teams.
• Assist with special projects supporting continuous improvement in material management and production processes.
