Job summary

KeHE Distributors, LLC is seeking a Cycle Counter for our Romeoville, IL distribution center. The role focuses on executing cycle counts and ensuring inventory accuracy within a high-volume operation.

Ideal candidates will be able to obtain required certifications within 30 days, work physically in a warehouse setting, and navigate WMS systems with attention to detail. This is a full-time, on-site position with comprehensive benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some experience in warehouse, distribution center, or logistics environment preferred; motivated candidates will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled and walk-off counts on assigned locations, maintaining a 98%+ accuracy standard.
• Navigate WMS (NTS) to create, view, and manage cycle count batches, escalating discrepancies to leadership as appropriate.
• Develop knowledge of warehouse processes to understand how inventory accuracy impacts operations.
• Engage with Sr. Cycle Counter as primary mentor during onboarding and beyond.
• Participate in regular check-ins with the DC IC Manager and uphold accountability and teamwork.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
