Job summary

KeHE Distributors in the United States seeks a Cycle Counter to join our employee-owned distributor network. You will execute cycle counts in a high-volume DC, ensure counts reconcile with system on-hand quantities, and support warehouse operations with accuracy and reliability.

Ideal candidates show ownership of counts, clear discrepancy communication, and alignment with KeHE's Mission, Vision, and Values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse, distribution center, or logistics preferred.
• Motivated candidates with no prior experience will be considered.
• Ability to obtain equipment certifications within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled and walk-off counts on assigned locations with 98%+ accuracy.
• Navigate WMS (NTS) to manage cycle count batches and variances.
• Develop knowledge of warehouse processes to understand inventory impact.
• Engage with Sr. Cycle Counter during onboarding and beyond.
• Participate in regular check-ins with the DC IC Manager and promote accountability.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
