Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some warehouse/DC experience preferred; motivated candidates with no experience will be considered.
• Experience with cycle counting or inventory accuracy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled and walk-off counts with 98%+ accuracy.
• Navigate WMS (NTS) to manage cycle count batches and investigate variances.
• Develop knowledge of warehouse processes to support inventory accuracy.
• Mentor with the Sr. Cycle Counter during onboarding and beyond.
• Participate in check-ins with the DC IC Manager and uphold accountability.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
